You must have some videos up to be confirmed. **new accounts with no friends, videos, etc will not be accepted and will be ignored** add a video or two and rerequest if needed.
Putting who you are interested in seeing helps...if you haven't uploaded, but have lots of favorites and/or playlists, that might help sway me.
