I will accept requests from almost anyone but you have to have at least a few videos . If you do not have a single upload , it's a guaranteed DENY. I encourage, help and support those who contribute .
I do not consider adding videos to your favorites as a contribution , nor do i consider creating playlists from other people's uploads a contribution either.
