I accept anyone, as long as you are polite and want to contribute to this community 
. It´s not a problem if you currently have 0 videos uploaded. But for those asking for my friendship, i hope you at least consider uploading a video every now and then 
. Everyone begins at some point 
. I was unable to share any more videos for 1 year, due to slow internet 
. Now with 60 Mbit download and 1 - 4 Mbit upload (depends on how many users are online), i will upload videos regularly. I already doubled my uploaded videos within a week :-) I will keep uploading more weekly.
