I'll only add if you have videos uploaded. I don't care if they're videos I want to see or even if they're public. Just show me you can contribute and I'll accept you. If you don't have video's added I'll ignore the request and check again at a later date. If you still haven't contributed after a few weeks I'll decline and block.
