Will deny any request from users with no videos and will ignore completely if a second request is made without any videos added in between.
If you do have videos, I go through them to decide whether to accept or not. 20 sec to 2 min vids are wack, and I'll deny if that's all you have. This isn't stingy of me since I paid for all the videos I have uploaded, so I just want decent to equal contribution from others.
Also, have a few 2-3 minute vids, and usually at least for me, vids that short are usually garbage, but mine are all vids taken during private sessions, not just random moments in free chat
