Feel free to add me as long as you also upload content, or if you don't upload, as long as you have some favourited videos.
I understand that not all users will be uploaders, but as long as you favourite videos, i know you are providing some kind of curation value.
I wont reply or explain the friend request denial so don't take it personally. Just add again when you've begun uploading or once you've started adding videos to your favourites list. Also, older accounts say 1 year or greater will be accepted as it indicates you are a returning/regular community member.
