I know I'm not one of this site's biggest contributors, but I upload what I can when I can, and I expect others to do the same. My only rule for accepting friends is that you make some effort to contribute to this site. If you have no videos, or a handful of old and/or low-effort videos, don't expect to be accepted.
Repeated friend requests from non-contributors will result in a block.
